June 23rd to 25th (only one week before Bristol)

August/September (bit more time to plan could conflict with school holidays in August or Drupal Con in September)

It would be good if the date could be removed from the website, twitter bio & drupalical if no longer happening 9-11 June, to prevent people booking travel/accommodation.

September is a bad idea, as we have Drupalcon at the end. Try August, Sun, sea, Ice-cream and Drupal
