Hello everyone,
I'm conducting kind of a short survey on some pain points of Drupal. I would really appreciate it if you guys could give your opinions on them :) Here are the questions:
Q1) The journey to start contributing to Drupal is somewhat complex and confusing for newbies. How can this be improved?
Q2) How can Drupal be made easier for newcomers to learn. How can the learning curve be made less steep?
Q3) Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 was a major shift for many. How can this change me minimized?
Q4) How can migrations from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 be made easier?

-Documentation, motivation, future-proof guarantee and meetups.
Q2) How can Drupal be made easier for newcomers to learn. How can the learning curve be made less steep?
- Honestly, I came back to drupal after 2 years and I am trying to learn D8 but sadly curve hasn't changed a bit...I reckon there should be a good active slack or IRC for newbies.
Q3) Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 was a major shift for many. How can this change me minimized?
- Lot's of blogging and easily understandable documentation.
Q4) How can migrations from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 be made easier?
-no idea haven't tried it yet
