Need help setting up a WordPress site and migrating from Drupal to WordPress or Magento

Hi all.

We have two separate projects we may need help with:

1) Creating a base WordPress site that will be used for a Drupal to WordPress migration. A third party company will be handling the Migration, so we're only talking the Architecture and theme here.
2) Creating a WordPress or Magento base site, applying a theme, and migrating a very basic Drupal/Ubercart site.

In both cases, I'm recommending the company select a Theme Forest theme as a starting point.

Preference will be given to locals.
