Meeting tonight!

The monthly SeaDUG meeting is tonight. We'll be taking a look at the recently released Drupal Commerce 2.0, including its built-in features and how to get started. We'll also talk about highlights from BADCamp, such as Lando (a new Docker-based development tool), Mannequin (a new component theming tool), innovations in configuration management workflow, creating custom compound fields, and more.

A couple of questions at the meeting about this, so I thought I drop this here for reference.

services:service_name:extras in .lando.yml contains a string array of bash commands to the container to execute as root. In the Lando docs, there is an example of install installing phantomjs on the appserver service.

Darn that sounds good... sad

Audio recording of SeaDUG meeting 10-26-2017

A recording was made of the SeaDUG meeting Oct-26th.

The equipment used was a ZOOM H6 recorder and Audio-Technica PRO 44 Cardioid Condenser Boundary Microphone. Audacity was used to edit out loud coughs and extraneous noises. ZOOM H6 can record stereo, but the boundary mic is monaural.

The microphone was placed on the conference table and picked up good audio from those at the table. The projector fan was picked up by the boundary microphone and was most pronounced in first 2 minutes.

The recording might sound better on speaker than on earphones due to projector fan noise.
