Could Drupal hold the key that allows workers to manage - maybe even embrace - the digital transformation upending all industries? by Doug McCabe

Our talk this Wednesday will discuss the program's achievements and identify challenges. Audience participation and questions are welcome, before and after the event!"

Bio
Doug McCabe is an Executive Member of the Union Web Services (UWS) Collective and President of Operations since 2008. Since 2010, UWS has partnered with the Communications Workers of America in New York City to pilot a Joint Labor-Management worker re-training and up-skilling program, beginning with CWA and other local union members. This program has trained approximately 100 members at various times and now developed a team of drupal-based associates and coders. Such programs , if successful and mutually acted upon, may be key to redressing income inequality and some of the current economic and societal challenges facing our country. How to develop and train a 21st Century Workforce appears, more and more, as one unsolved riddle or "piece of the puzzle."
