Organizer change and or group deletion

So this group is super quiet. For years.
I'm trying to resurrect the Victoria Drupal Meetups and would try to resurrect this group on D.O at the same time if admin permissions.

I know nothing about this group and what it's original purpose was but I'm interested in finding out about it.
