I'd like to discuss options for refactoring how the farmOS docker image is built.

The motivation is for a single site's configuration that is likely committed in a private repo - it would be nice to be able to build pass in this repo as the PROJECT_REPO, but inherit from another image that has the lower level dependencies already built.
