Hi!
I've just installed wysiwyg and TinyMCE, it works fine, but is there a way to further customize toolbars in TinyMCE? I did set buttons in wysiwyg configuration, but how do I add separators and determine which buttons go to which toolbar row?

Not quite yet
That's currently not possible to do via the GUI, but we're working on it in Allow to sort editor buttons.
If you don't mind coding, you can override the button placement using an implementation of hook_wysiwyg_editor_settings_alter() in a small custom module. You'd basically get a list of enabled buttons (amongst all the other editor settings) and you could compare that to another list with all the buttons ordered the way you want them and then do some filtering.
