Well then, I guess I'd better introduce myself as well

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I run a small consulting firm - http://www.cruiskeenconsulting.com - here in Menomonie, WI. It's primarily doing Drupal web site development, with a little bit of general sys admin consulting thrown into the bag. I've been a UNIX admin for - um - longer than I want to think about. and have worked at places like FERMILAB, Honeywell, Collective Technologies, and several others.

Anyway, I've been doing some Drupal development for the past 8 months or so, and recently finished the first release of the Cedar Cultural Center's new web site.

I'm interested in working with nonprofits, politics (one of my pet projects is http://www.uppitywis.org) and small businesses on Drupal sites. Although I'm in Wisconsin, this part of Wisconsin is as much an adjunct of the Twin Cities as anything else, and I've worked with groups in the Twin Cities.

One of my interests is Drupal Training, particularly for end users (rather than developers). I'm working on a couple of online tutorials for the beginning Drupal user.

Oh - I also run Fedorazine - a web site for Fedora Core Linux - http://www.fedorazine.com
