Our mission is to connect Drupal users in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, North Carolina and surrounding areas. We get together monthly for presentations, site demonstrations, and hack nights. Our goal is to help new Drupal users get up to speed, foster the development of existing Drupal designers and Developers, and contribute to the larger Drupal community. The Research Triangle has a big concentration of technical folks, universities, and start-ups and we want to expose as many people as possible to Drupal and all that it offers.

TriDUG slowing down?
I haven't been seeing much traffic on the d.o. group page and it's been a couple months since there was a meetup of any kind. Is this an indication that interest in the group has waned?

I have a new non-profit client, a guild, that wants to upgrade their site to have multiple bloggers (300 members), various forms of e-commerce (member dues, show entries, online and brick & mortar museum store, and possibly member sales).
Currently they have one domain. If I can't convince them the museum should have its own domain, would OG be a good alternative to doing all this in one domain? I have only played with OG on my local dev. Thinking the groups would be the guild, the museum, and individual artists.
How well does Drupal commerce work with OG?

What's the best way to send email to everyone registered on a website?
We have a website for the NCTech4Good Conference -- http://nctech4good.org. People register on the site to register for conferences, become sponsors, and submit session proposals. We want to be a able to send an occasional email to everyone on the website, currently about 270 users, with conference updates.

Update
Thanks, but no need to respond. I've remodeled the views and taxonomy relationship entirely, changing the nature of my question.
I'm building a multi-dimensional drill down for a Drupal-7/Views 3.x site that is exclusively organized using taxonomies. I'm using 2 vocabularies:

Greeting everyone,
My name is Cy Jobes and I work for Local Government Federal Credit Union in Raleigh, NC. (www.lgfcu.org)
We are looking to use Drupal in our next design of our website. In doing so we will be using more of what seems to be an enterprise level of things. I say “enterprise” because every person I ask about our method of development and live servers, and how we need to have them setup, tells me I need someone with enterprise experience.

If you enjoy this event, and like the idea of coworking, you can help Robert and others fostering businesses like this by (1) spreading the word to others who may find such a format helpful, and/or (2) spending a day when we're not there as a group at Bull City Coworking and paying for a day pass. Pay it forward, and keep things like this accessible!

Interest in an RTP NC Area DrupalCamp
Short Version:
Please take this Triangle DrupalCamp interest survey:

Long Version:
At various times in the past folks have talked about a Triangle area DrupalCamp. During the TriDUG IRC planning meeting today, it seems like there finally might be enough people interested in helping make this happen.
During the meeting, I promised to query folks here about times that would be best to have an exploration meeting. (Afternoon of next co-working day was suggested...).
Anyway, after some research into organizing a DrupalCamp, e.g.;
