I have been created a website two years ago, Considered the sensitive of this kind of website in my country, I purchased a Java Shared Hosting in Godaddy, It has very good performance, even in China, We can connect it very fast seems like in a locale server. but After a few years the IP had been blocked by China Firewall, so I think maybe cause It's a shared hosting, so I bought a dedicated IP for the hosting, but in this year, the dedicated IP is very expensive for me, so I asked for a migration to Asia region, but Godaddy doesn't provide Java Hosting Service for new user anymore, so I can't cancel the current hosting to buy a new hosting. but the PHP hosting in Godaddy is very cheap, and it does support very well by Godaddy till now.
so My Idea is If someone can create a module for delegating a website in Drupal, like a web proxy system, that would be cool for some users in some sensitive regions.
