Which kind of technology is used to exchange opendata between different websites?
I would like to know, which kind of metadata is used in the project "Buerger gestalten"

RSS and scrapers

Sorry for the late response!

Actually we are using RSS feeds and evaluating scrapers for "harvesting" data from other platforms(see http://scraperwiki.com and http://opendata-network.org/). But we are just in the beginning of the information retrieval process.
