I'd like to invite you along to a Drupal co-working day in South-West London on Friday 27 July, from 10.00 am until 5.00 pm.
The location is the Third Door, a professional and friendly co-working space located on the riverside near Wandsworth and Putney. Third Door are kindly allowing us the use of their meeting room for the day.
So what is a Drupal co-working day? Essentially, it's a chance for Drupal professionals to work alongside each other for the day. Drupal co-working days take place all over the world on the last Friday of each month.
About Drupal Coworking Friday:
- Proposed date: Last Friday of each month
- It takes place in your local city
- Anyone can start/host one
- Focused on Drupal Professionals (freelance, fulltime, part time, in office, home, etc.)
- This is not a meetup, code-sprint, BoF or presentation
- Attendees would still do their regular work/calls/etc
- Other Drupal folks would be there to talk to, collaborate, advise (and likewise for the attendee)
- Ideally, an entire section of the space will be dedicated for Drupal professionals

This is an interesting idea.
I'll check out the co-working group for more info. I may not be able to attend due to me having to be in the City at this time but i'll see if I can work something out.

I have signed this, would love to work in Third Door :) as it is just round the corner for me as i am from Feltham. Need to re-plan something else. Let me know if you have shortage of space, will confirm my final decision.

It was a great way to meet others Drupal-wise and I really enjoyed the day. Thank you for the coffees and cakes, next time I will bring something. I think if we put aside an hour or 90 minutes to present something we have been doing (only time for a couple of people perhaps) it would be a good exrecise. Or we could present on a topic that may be of interest. One such toopic is what ML learnt in Munich?

Thanks Michael, and Third Door for hosting. It was great to work alongside other devs, and chat over lunch. I'm not sure this is the right place for formal presentations, I was too busy this time, but would be interested in talking more about what we're all working on next time. Unfortunately, I can't make Drupalcon this year, so looking forward to the next one and hearing stories from Munich.
