i need module programmer to help me please

I need someone help me to complete my website with paid ($$$ US) :
I build a website in Drupal6 for schools ، Each school is an (OG_group) , I need to build custom muddles to do these tasks :
teacher admin page (Show picture no 1.1) :
If click on administrate course ,it will dip lay drop down box (display as collapsible- expanded ) and cantinas :Add term and delete term from users .
2- Administrate terms courses name (show picture no 2 )
Here admin select group (I made when user create group (school) programmatically term will created) so when select school name , every term under it will displayed and admin can edit or add or delete under that term .
note : description of my website :
I created three content type 1- school (group) and 2 - class (subgroup) - schools contains many classes -First, second, third, etc. 3- Lesson – is group post .
And this other thing I created :
5- four blocks , any block displayed as tools icons to do some functions (for teacher , for student , for admin , for editor )
6- when Admin Create school , term with same name of School is created programmatically .
7- Create class as a subgroup from school (any student is assumed can access only to courses that are classified as for his class -subgroup
8- I have one vocabulary for (coerces name ) the level one from voc is schools name .
we will add (course name ) as term under school name term like this (
school name no1
physics 1
Chemistry 1
history 1
school name no2
Chemistry
physics
Maths2
So we need to add to (users terms) from terms that we created under his schools (for example he will teach only tow coerce from physics 1 or Chemistry 1
Or history 1 ) if he belong to shcool no1 )

• so when teacher add article (lesson ) he can tag it with only term added to him by user term ( not all voc term will display , only term from his profile)
