I've been Google'ing a solution for hours, but I still haven't found.

Are you using nginx as a reverse proxy, or with php-fpm?

What version of Drupal are you using?

Can you still access non-https pages?

Are you using one of the group-listed server configs, or did you write your own?

I solved the problem. I didn't include location / { try_files $uri @rewrite; } in server definition.
