Let it go b-d!
I'm really glad to see you participating and being more active on all the group posts.
We're certainly very happy to see your sign-ups at the Workshop, Training sessions or DrupalCamp China and certainly look forward to working more with you on community contributions, in particular at the Drupal Workshop and there's a lot of work.
I certainly didn't expect anybody would notice this page just yet :-) hahaha

Really sorry for this slow reply.... but we have been kept very busy, especially with the organization of next month's events and DC China 2013...

This is a complete work in progress and we have only just started yesterday by creating a freely editable Wiki page linked directly from the group's menu.
To be very straight and put it short, the idea behind this is rather clear and precise:
This page should serve as an index page for Chinese Documentation that we would like to contribute (So there should be rather little text/content and lots of links, TOCs, anchors, et....).

Since we have already translated internally many English documents to Chinese and would like to share them in a centralized, dedicated space where specialists could participate and potentially edit to help us correct/review/improve/maintain, for maximum simplicity, minimum changes/features, we suggested to create a freely editable index page from which we could simply link Documentation Wiki pages from pages to pages (does no harm, costs not much in terms of time to setup or solution and allows us to move on).

We are aware there would most likely be better solutions and we're working on those (for example see: Add i18n support to api.drupal.org or Multilingual documentation), but if we really wanted something more automated, complete, integrated, then we would also have to spend more time and a lot of these parameters wouldn't actually necessarily only depend on us.
For the time being, as an attempt to keep this initiative moving forward and given the very little amount of work required to set up this temporary solution, we decided to go ahead and see what happens later on if there is ever too much information in there, it gets out of control or becomes hard to keep organized/maintained.
But currently, we're still very far from having any real/substantial document base to maintain in here and we will surely have time to anticipate if we start feeling it gets out of control (for example, another solution to scale a bit up, would be to add a vocabulary with tags for our documentation, which will allow us to further filter/structure and organize better to retrieve).

We have already planned on adding several new pages linked from this wiki page, mostly translated and adapted from drupal.org, for example, the Installation guide, Requirements, Setting up IRC, Group's maintainers resources (for example, it seems some of this group's most regular Chinese members still have no clue what a code sprint is), etc...

Since this is so fresh, we haven't even started communicating on the initiative and we wanted to wait for this Wiki page to have a little bit more examples of documentation/links before opening a discussion to invite other members to participate to the initiative and Chinese Documentation contribution efforts.

But since you got us started a bit earlier and now that you know what should go on this page, I would like to invite everyone to join our efforts, if you are interested (or would already have content translated ready to be contributed) and feel free to create new Wiki pages on GDO (our primary target is Chinese language), then edit this page to add a direct link to it (rather quick and simple).

Feel free to let us know if you would have any further questions, comments, issues, concerns, recommendations, objections, issues or ideas, we would certainly be glad to provide more information or explain in more details.

Any feedback, comments, contributions, reviews, objections, suggestions, or questions would be highly appreciated.
Thanks very much to all in advance.
Cheers!
