In place of using a traditionnal approach at visiting all the details of Drupal 7, and
every function, the workshop will focus on the important features of this Content
Management System and its main modules, through the dissambly of 2 or 3 already
made examples (E-Commerce site, Intranet Application) corresponding to "Down
To Earth" situations.
The concepts and methods seen there will cover the needs that 90% percent of
corporate websites are likely to use.
At the end of the two days workshop, the audience will be able to :
- build a basic company website with Drupal
- Administrate the content
- Manipulate easily some high level functions which would usually require a
professional, especially linking piece of contents together in order to do some
reporting and data aggregation in a tailored way.
- Have a sufficient understanding of how things work to be able to have an effective
dialog with a professional.
