Auto post to Google plus?

We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I want to build an auto-publish option on my site to automatically publish a node to Google plus. Is any such option already available? AFAIK there is only the https://drupal.org/project/google_plusone module.

My question is, would you need an auto-poster for a personal Google+ page, or a brand Google+ page? They act different. If you use Buffer you can post headline/title/text/image/gif to Google+ Brand Pages, LinkedIn page, Twitter and Facebook. Pinterest was available too for a while. If you only post to Facebook, Google+, and Linkedin you're not limited by Twitter's character count.
