Drupal Virtual Meetup

Drupal of Miami will be holding a Virtual Drupal Meetup on Google Hangout this coming Saturday.
If you have a problem this Saturday, please give me a call at 786-286-0773 or send me an E-Mail to rnorman@drupalofmiami.com on Saturday and we will work with you to get you on board.
Kiwami Livingston joined us at our last meeting and we had a lot of fun. He was also the winner of the Build A Module Gift Card. Build A Module has over a thousand videos on learning Drupal. It is a great place to start learning Drupal. Build A Module also has videos for the more advanced Drupal users. Check them out.
You will be able to come to our Drupal Presentations right from the comfort of your home and from anywhere in the world. Please come and join us for the fun. Google Hangout can handle up to 10 participants that can intervene. The rest are able to watch and learn right from the comfort of home.
This week topic will be on modules, what modules are needed and for the Drupal Base when starting your site. There are thousands of module for Drupal so how do you know where to start?
You will have to sign up for this presentation. You can sign up just by sending me an E-Mail. The E-Mail address is rnorman@drupalofmiami.com. I will need your name and your G-Mail Address so I can send out your invitation on Saturday. I hope you will join us.

DrupalCamp Atlanta is approaching quickly - Saturday, October 19, 2013. Aside from Florida DrupalCamp, it's annually the largest Drupal event in the Southeast United States.

You will need to be one of the first ones to sign up to participate in our conversation. You will be able to watch and learn in case you not within the first 10 to sign up but you will still need to sign up to join us.
If you have any questions or problems call me at 786-286-0773. If you want to try out Google Hangout before the meeting call me and I will help you get started using Google Hangout. The first time you use Google Hangout you will be asked to download a Plugin, so I suggest that you at least try out Google Hangout first to make sure everything is working correctly.

Build A Module has over 1000 Learning Videos and they are very good. Chris took a lot of time breaking Drupal down to make it easier to learn Drupal.
