Drupal in a Day - Houston
Register here: http://l10.me/Zk9
Overview
Drupal in a Day will be an overview of creating a Drupal site from start to finish. Participants will start with a blank website and, already having seen the final site, will start with adding and managing users, creating user profiles, adding custom content, and managing that content (including turning on and off comments, or setting comments to read-only). Participants will then create custom content types and look at views to display this content in various parts throughout the site, including custom blocks and list pages, such as a blogroll, the last five images added, or the latest blog posts added to the site.

Drupal As A Framework - For Your Next Software Product
Join SilverRail Technology and OHO Interactive for a complimentary Webinar discussing the use of Drupal as a Framework for custom Web software. SilverRail works with Railways as a technology partner and provides access to any Travel Seller through a single connection - and they needed a "wrapper" for their custom Software. Drupal was it. Attend the webinar and learn how, if you're developing commercial grade Web software, you're going to want to consider Drupal as a Framework.

Since I started using my Pre (not 100% gmail implementation) over my Android phone (awesome gmail implementation), I am having to rely on gmail filters a bit more. I'm overwhelmed by my g.d.o subscriptions, but I can't find a good way to channel messages into folders and pull them out of my inbox (auto-archive).

Where to go to know when Austin Drupal meet-ups occur?
Hi folks. It's been a while since I've made it out to an Austin meet-up. When are they? And is there somewhere (like g.d.o/austin) that they can be regularly and reliably advertised?
Thanks

New theme project contribution
Hi all,
I wanted to let everyone know about a new theme I contributed on drupal.org. Grunge is the port of a GPL template from RocketTheme. It's mostly finished but still needs some fine-tuning before an official release. Give it a test drive if you have a chance and send me your feedback. I'm also planning to attend the MeetUp tomorrow night if you have any questions. Thanks!

I have just (fairly) successfully installed a Drupal multisite on my host (A2Hosting). The three sites access the core code base and their individual databases brilliantly. One HUGE problem. After I uploaded my standard set of contrib modules and themes to the sites/all/modules and sites/all/themes (respectively), none of the sites recognize them. The admin/modules only shows the core modules on all three of the sites.
