Just a quick feedback to make our next Ladder even better. We organized the first Drupal Ladder in the Philippines on Saturday 23rd nov.
We had around 8 attendees, who had fun learning git and the workflow to contribute in Drupal.

Here is a few issues I had before or during the Ladder :
- Could not access to http://ladder.drupalofficehours.org/
- One link to the main issue queue on drupal.org was broken, the filters on the view probably changed since drupal.org moved to D7. (sorry I didn't note the link)
- It wasn't easy to find a list of patch they could simply understand and review to help with Core.
Our sandbox was very helpful. But how do you guys help them with the next step ? Picking up beginner's tasks.
I didn't really get how http://drupalmentoring.org works. How to create a working group, is the task list up to date ...
