Customized Drupal Training
The enormously scalable and freely extensible nature of the Drupal CMS makes the potential for its end use enormous. It also means those who create and maintain their website could face a wide array of roadblocks and issues throughout their day to day. That is why OPIN Software now offers completely customized training that is designed to address the specific needs of our clients.
We intend to provide a hands on classroom experience in our brand new training classroom that can accommodate up to nine individuals. However larger classroom sizes are available upon request, and on-site workshops are available as well. Once you have outlined the material you want covered we simply design a workshop syllabus and compile a course booklet to be taken home upon completion of the workshop.
Our instructor is also our lead R&D Systems Software Engineer Jon Gagne. Jon is equipped with three Bachelor's degrees and one Master's with over a decade of software development experience. Training workshops may also be taught by our CEO Chris Smith who is well versed in Drupal, Apache Solr, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and Government of Canada Usability Standards as well as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards. Chris also teaches courses at Algonquin College in the Interactive Multimedia Development Program, specializing in web design and web content management.
