Quiz 7.x-5.x

I'm trying to drum up support for a new 7.x-5.x branch of the Quiz module, optimized for Drupal 7 (not a straight port from Drupal 4/5/6) so that we can more easily port it to Drupal 8 in the future without the technical debt that Quiz currently has.

I created a Github project with a lot of refactoring work already to effectively use the Form API, Entity API, Views, Rules, Menu system, to replace the existing one-function engine currently in 4.7-1.x through 8.x-4.x. I'll move it to Drupal.org once it's moderately stable again. I used Github so I could fork the main module code.
