This month Evanto is offering a jQuery Multiple Tag Select (library I guess) at http://codecanyon.net/item/jquery-multiple-tag-select/6305575 complete with PHP form code examples. I haven't dug into it, but looks promising on the surface. Might wanna check it out if you're a jQuery user.
