We encourage users to post events happening in the community to the community events group on https://www.drupal.org.

I've removed the offending user's group membership (minhtr91) but I believe s/he could rejoin at any time. I will manually remove the content from the spam posts, but Drupal Groups does not allow posts to be deleted or removed from groups entirely. My apologies.

Only local images are allowed.
