Drupal 8 is out! While it can be considered the most powerful release of the core yet, there is much work left in the area of contributed projects before it hits the real life projects.
Let's get our hands dirty, this Global Sprint Weekend while we try on the new coding style in which we write code for Drupal.
Our focus would mainly be around porting of existing Drupal 7 modules to Drupal 8.
Who can attend:
Anyone with basic knowledge of Drupal 7 module development, and interest on getting started with programming for Drupal 8.
Pre-requisite:
A laptop with the the setup of *AMP (LAMP, XAMP, MAMP, etc.) stack, git and your favourite editor.
