I am new to Open Atrium and i want to implement the functionality in my open atrium site in which:
--a user of a space can communicate(create request, ask for files or documents etc) with a user belonging to another space.
For example, a user(or employee) from Finance Dept(i.e., space for Finance Department) has a certain request/task to a user from HR Department(i.e., space for HR Department)
--one to one communication between users across different spaces in which files and docs etc can be shared.
--Other users of Finance Department need not to be bothered about such communication but yes the space admin(in this example- admin of Finance space) should know how many such requests have been received and responded (that too timely) by each of its space members to keep performance track of the employees belonging to his department.
The space admin should also have the authority to validate such request/tasks and delegate them(if no employee name mentined) if required.
I think a combination of OA workflow and OA worktracker would work, but don't know how.
Any suggestions or help support deeply appreciated.
