I think the lightning round of dev setups or cool tools would be a great way to spend the first hour along with the first 15 minutes reserved for getting started/settled.

For the second 30-45 minutes I think one or two presentations would be cool and then it's discussion/break.

Does that work for everyone? Anyone wanna present something?
