Due to the continued success of its Drupal business, Webcurl is looking to hire an Operations Director to focus on its Drupal arm of the business. The postion is a board level Directors role which commands a competitive salary, £45K - 75K, and share options to the right candidate.
Postion
Webcurl is seeking an Operations Director who will be responsible for the day to day running of new business and the overall maintenance of its current client base.
This individual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning and execution level.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 5+ years overall experience of leadership and team management experience
- 3+ plus years experience building and maintaining secure and SaaS enterprise environments
- Bachelors' degree in computer related discipline
- Experience architecting, implementing, and managing high performance IT teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A creative visionary with a strong sense of natural leadership
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas if required
- Highest level of integrity
- Direct, honest communication style
- A positive can do attitude
