Hello there,

Thank you to everyone who made it to last month's meetup! We had a great turnout and a great speaker! A big thank you to Bryan Gruneberg for, as always, an interesting and enlightening talk.

Wednesday, 28 September, is set for the next meetup at the Bandwidth Barn.

Our talk for the night - Western Cape Government (WCG) selected Drupal as its standard web content management system several years ago but that was just the start of the journey. Johan Du Bois, from e-Government for Citizens, will tell us about some of the challenges they've faced, the approached they’ve adopted, how implementation is going, and some lessons learnt. His talk has something for everyone, from business owners to technical leads and developers as well as comedy writers.

Then, if you have any interesting projects you're currently working on or have just completed, and would like to showcase it to the community, please feel free to do so after Johan's talk.

A variety of tasty drinks and snacks will be provided on the night, courtesy of Amazee Labs.

DrupalCamp Cape Town is a month away – 2 Tracks, 12 Speakers (9 local, 3 international), free food, an after party and a great band to entertain. Register now - capetown2016.drupalcamp.co.za.

To help us with catering arrangements for the meetup and Camp, please be sure to Un-RSVP if something pops up and prevents you from attending.

See you on the 28th!
