After a brief hiatus it's time for another Drupal meetup in Perth. Rather than talks and stuff, we're getting back to our Perth Drupal Meetup roots and going to the pub for some drinks and a chat.

Hi all,

No-one else has stepped forward to organise (and last month we missed out!) so we're putting our hand up to host the June Perth Drupal meet-up at the Bouncing Orange office. We'll have some drinks and nibbles (please RSVP!) and rather than have normal presentations as we've had at the last few meetups, we're planning to have a few lightning talks!

We've currently got the following:

• A quick walk through a Feeds importer.
• Quick and perhaps slightly dirty geographic search with Views.
• Drupal at themonthly.com.au.

Anyone else have something quick they'd like to share?

Confirming that the April meeting will be on the 21st April at 5:30pm at the State Records Office of WA in a meeting room on the ground floor.

If you enter through the State Library reception, head towards the western wall (printing/change machine) of the public computer terminal area. There will be a door with a sign saying "WA Drupal User Group" - come on in :-)

Any problems and the people on the reception desk should be able to assist you to locate us.

Please let me know if you can make it so that catering doesn't fall apart :-)

The next Perth Drupal meetup is scheduled for 5:30 pm, Wednesday 24th March, 2010 at the Itomic Office in West Perth.

This will be our forth Drupal meetup in Perth, but the first that will follow some structure and won't be located at the (noisy) pub!

Hey peoples,

Another Perth Drupal meetup is on again, this coming Wednesday (24th Feb) at the Durty Nelly's Irish Pub in Perth.

If you're interested in anything Drupal, please come - all types (technical, project manager's, hobbyists, students, designers) welcome!

Get there before 6:00 pm for a happy hour beverage.

The second Drupal Perth meetup is on for the 28th Jan at Durty Nellies Irish Pub in Perth. It will be an informal 'drink and chat' to welcome Canadian Drupaler couzinhub to Perth and make some plans for getting more people involved. We are a pretty small group at the moment (only 4 people came to the last one) so come on down and share some Drupal knowledge and a few laughs. All welcome.
