User Story

As a user, I want to take a scanned old paper map (or a scanned aerial photograph), and overlay it on top of a modern digital map.

When I'm viewing the page, I want to be able to adjust the transparency of the overlaid scan, so I can see the modern map beneath it.

This is very helpful when trying to identify the current location of historical features.

As a site builder/administrator, I want to be able to edit the geospatial component of my data on a map.

As a content creator, I want my photos to be mapped based on EXIF data.

As a developer, I want REST end points for everything related to geospatial data.

As an SMS user, I want to be able to send a text message to a service and have it display my location on a map.

As an end user, I want to be able to search for layers (groups of content) that may be interest to me.

As a developer, I want to integrate with external data storage engines.

As a site user, I want to be able to create content on a map.

As a site visitor, I want my browser to give location data to the site. (HTML5 Geolocation)
