Welcome to VANDUG!

The Vancouver Drupal Users Group is the local meeting place for Greater Vancouver people interested in Drupal. We were formerly known as the Vancouver League of Drupalers, but that's a long story. We generally meet once a month (typically the 4th Thursday) on a variety of topics, both technical and non-technical. There is no cost to join the group or attend our monthly meetings.

We have a sister group in the Lower Mainland, the Surrey Drupal Users Group that meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Many people are members of both groups.

Drupal Camp Victoria was great!

A big thank you to Northstudio and all the volunteer speakers at the recent Victoria Drupal Camp. (Sept. 11/12th)
I enjoyed networking with everyone and the weather was beautiful.

I would like to encourage more women to come out to Drupal Camp Victoria. Perhaps
we could get some companies to sponsor more women participants including speakers and attendees.
We had 3 women from Vancouver come out and we would love to see more!

Add your thoughts, thankyou's and suggestions for the next Drupal Camp Victoria to this thread.

Katy :-)
