Drupalcamp Ghent 2009 is a free conference organized by the Belgian Drupal Community where you can meet fellow Drupallers, spread your Drupal knowledge and learn from others.

DrupalCamp Ghent is open for Drupal users, developers and groupies from Belgium and elsewhere. (There is only room for 100 people so register asap.)

Almost all presentations will be in English so everyone is able to participate.

Drupal user group meeting on the use of images, October 29, 2009 in Machelen near Brussels.

On October 29, 2009 a Drupal user group meeting will be held at De Kultus, Leuvensesteenweg 29 in Machelen.

The meeting starts at 19:00 and will finish around 21:00.

The topic of the meeting is Images in Drupal. Image, imagecache, cck filefield, image assist, imce, node image will be some of the image that will be covered during a presentation./

Besides this presentation you will have plenty of opportunity to meet fellow Drupaleers.

We are going to discover modules and themes together, maybe watch some tutorials and exchange our little experiences.
An informal event, no teachers or prepared presentations. A get together of motivated beginners who rather learn collectively than alone.

NABUUR zoekt een Drupal Guru

Over NABUUR
NABUUR combineert het best van het oude (burenhulp) met het beste van het nieuwe(het internet). Via www.nabuur.com komen online vrijwilligers (Buren) in contact met lokale communities (Dorpen) in Afrika, Azië en Latijns Amerika. Zij onderhouden contact, leren elkaar en elkaars gewoonten kennen en werken samen aan vraagstukken uit de dorpen. De focus ligt niet op het geven van geld, maar op het uitwisselen van kennis, ideeën, contacten en tijd.

On August 24, 2009 a Drupal user group meeting will be held at the RSNB, Royal Sport Nautique de Bruxelles 1865 located on the Vilvoordsesteenweg 170 in Brussels.

The meeting starts at 19:00 and will finish around 21:00.

Vrijdag 26 juni sluiten we na de DrupalJam de dag af met een Kroegmeet in het centrum. De vorige editie was zeer succesvol en daarom komt deze week een vervolg. Om een beetje het sociale gebeuren (en het alcoholpercentage) op peil te houden gaan we in hartje Utrecht een kroeg te pakken. Bier is natuurlijk optioneel, voor de kleine mensen is er Fristi. Onderwerp: Drupal, bier, Drupal, vrouwen, Drupal, mannen, borrelhapjes, netwerken, socialisen, de Chinees op de hoek, meer Drupal en van alles wat je nog meer kan bedenken.

Alles is op eigen kosten. Iedereen die aan het eind niet meer netjes langs de grachten kan komen moet zwemkleding meenemen. Je wordt niet thuisgebracht.

Locatie: Mick O'Connels in Utrecht.

Voor iedereen die wil komen: graag even aanmelden voor deze happening. Als er een behoorlijke groep is, dan melden we dat namelijk even aan Mick.

ENGLISH VERSION

After the DrupalJam at Friday the 26th of June we'll continue with a Kroegmeet (pub meet) in the centre of town. The last Kroegmeet was a succes and that's another one has been planned for this week. To keep our social lifes and the consumption of spirits at a decent level we will be going to a real Irish pub in downtown Utrecht. Drinking beer is - of course - not required. Subjects that are open for discussion: Drupal, beer, Drupal, women, Drupal, men, snacks, expanding your network, having fun, your favourite Chinese take-away, more Drupal and anything else you want to talk about.

Attendance is free of charge, but you've got to pay your own drinks and food. Please bring your swimsuits if you expect you won't be able to walk by the canals at the end of the evening.

Destination: Mick O'Connels in Utrecht.

De DrupalJams zijn vanuit het verleden door een kleine groep mensen geïnitieerd en georganiseerd. Nu DrupalJam even groot is als DrupalCon een aantal jaren geleden, is het zaak de toekomst van DrupalJam zeker te stellen; een voor en door de Nederlands(talige) Drupal gemeenschap periodieke unconference.
