Denver / Boulder Colorado (DBUG)
Welcome to the Groups site for the Denver/Boulder Drupal Users Group, where we discuss, share and find ways to provide local face-to-face interaction which can support activities like hosting speakers, providing tutorials, Question and Answer sessions, establishing relationships with others in the geographic area, and generally expand the community of Drupal users.
Schedule of meetings
- Boulder meetings on the second Wednesday of each month. Locations vary.
- Denver meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month at Open Media Foundation (Map).
- Colorado Springs meetings are on the first Tuesday of each month. See the SCUG Group Page.
- Carbondale/Western Slope meetings are on the third Tuesday each month, see the Western Colorado group for more info.
- Northern Colorado (Fort Collins/Greeley) meetings are on the fourth Monday, see the Northern Colorado group for more info.
- DrupalChix 3rd Thursday of every month, alternating between Boulder and Denver - Women and DrupalChix allies are invited
Other ways to connect: The #drupal-colorado irc channel generally has a few folks in it!
While the group is primarily focused on Denver/Boulder, people in Fort Collins, Lyons, the mountains, the Western Slope or the plains are certainly welcome. Heck, we've even had folks from Wyoming and other surrounding states come by.

I am new to Drupal. I intend to build a catalog of Colorado authors and publishers and their published works, where registered users can opt to take control of specific pages, e.g., an author can register as a user and claim control of the author page about them, or someone can register and claim control of a publisher's or bookstore's page. There will also be a calendar of author events such as book signings.
Drupalchix volunteer as a group opportunity

Recording Sessions at DrupalCon
Hi all,
Do any of you know if they will be recording the sessions/talks at DrupalCon? Denver hosted the international Free and Open Source for Geospatial (FOSS4G) in September and we had a group of volunteers from FOSSLC attend and record the audio and slides of every session (!). I thought it was very useful especially when I had sessions that I wanted to attend overlap.
