Formulize, presented by Julian Egelstaff from Freeform Solutions, is an open source, data management and workflow modelling tool. It's aimed at non-developers, so they can have have advanced data management capabilities without needed to get down to the code level. Formulize integrates with Drupal, through the use of a special Drupal module that provides the glue to make the two systems work together. We'll look at what Formulize can do and the niche it fills, together with the nuts and bolts of how the integration with Drupal actually works. The two systems have quite different design approaches, that lead to some interesting issues in terms of users, roles/groups, and elsewhere.

Thanks for having me!
Hello everyone, thanks for having me at your group tonight, I had a great time, I hope you enjoyed looking at Formulize and the Drupal-related code. I love it when I can talk about code. :-)
The strange saved-view-not-saving issue that happened near the end, it turned out to be caused by the obscure, non-standard set of configurations that had been randomly thrown into that demo screen, and how they all interacted with the anti-CSRF token check. There was also another small display issue earlier that I noticed. Both are fixed in SVN now, thought I'd just post that here so you aren't left with the impression that there's lingering issues in Formulize. There are pretty much only obscure issues, that we like to pounce on right away. http://formulize.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/formulize?view=revision&revi...
Thanks again, good luck with your sites and projects,
