apparently limited by IP
I was curious why only 2 people had voted...
It appears that advanced poll is limited to 1 vote per IP. So, for example, if people are in an office behind a router they will look like the same IP and only one vote will be recorded. You'll just have to vote from home.

So, it recorded one vote by "0" (aka anonymous) from the pingVision office. And then all votes since then have been overwriting those votes.
/me curses at self for not testing a module's behavior for anonymous
