Possible New Meeting Location

So folks we have the possibility of meeting in a new spot with it's own pluses and minuses....
First off the minus: It's a smaller room than the Eagle Public Library. We can easily fit 12 or so people so any of our recent meetings would have fit nicely.
On the plus side it's a quiet room with no time restriction on when we must leave. We have a 50-inch flat screen display and a great patio.
This would be in our offices which are located just west of the Eagle public library so the location would be almost the same... What do folks think? What would you prefer?

I just want to put my 2 cents in: The Brauer Ranch digs are nice, they have comfy chairs, mood lighting and that plasma screen is pretty cool. :)
If we get bigger, we can always move back to the library.
I think it's obvious...
I think it's pretty obvious, because I work there, but I would like to have the meeting there as well. It can fit 12 at the table, and has chairs around the circumference for more if needed. Plus, we can move it out to the patio, it's been cleaned up and there are a bunch of chairs and a table there as well.
I think part of the reason we chose these offices were specifically to be able to do things like this, so we would be sure to have a place and that that place would be a nice one that had the tech we needed. I say YES!

Two updates
First evidently I can't tell East from West. We're just East of the library and I'll post the address soon...
Second... the realty office had a meeting with 20+ people in the room today so I guess it's possible to put more people in the room but that's not saying it would be any fun.
And my third update of the two is a warm welcome to Gary Grimm who just joined our uber-cool group! Welcome Gary! We're a friendly lot and don't usually ask newcomers to do the keynote until their second meeting :)
