This is something recent that happened, i have a pantheon server from about month ago and varnish is working fine. Seems like allot of the hudson stuff isn't working now. This is probably a post for the pantheon linode bug tracker, but i thought i would mention on this thread because i came across it while searching for a solution.

actually let me clarify

I'm able to install, but allot of Hudson tasks seem to be failing. Varnish is failing, cron is failing, drush @pantheon_live status fails. Pantheon_config shows a successful build, install_site works, memcache works.

I looked around for a better place to post this, but there doesn't really seem to be a bug tracker, any ideas?

Ic an say that a newer release of 1.2 is working much better. I agree that it would benice to have a changelog or a pantheon project page. issue queue!
