Start:

"BarCampMalaysia is coming up real soon now, with little under 3 weeks to go. The two-day event will take place on July 26 and 27 in Kuala Lumpur.

We've planned a two-day Drupal Track as well, and we still need more local Drupal users and developers to come and talk about their favorite subjects. Right now, a few placeholder sessions are planned, but nothing is final yet - it is an unconference after all.

You don't need to be a Drupal guru or a veteran php developer. We welcome anything you'd like to share about your experience with Drupal, whether it's a module you find particularly useful, an idea you have to make things better, or if you just want to share the way you used Drupal for one of your projects.

So take the opportunity to come by, spread your knowledge and listen to the Malaysian Drupal Community. Feel free to comment on this thread or contact Najibx or me directly.

See you there!

Awesome !!!

Great thanks to Joeri, whom without him, this event may not be successful.

It was lucky that I brought my own LCD projector, theirs was not working properly. expect the unexpected !

I wish we have more people from our group attended. Anyhow, we have new comers, maybe 30-40 listen to our talk.

I am sure, there many blog out there talk about it. Checkout http://www.barcamp.my/blog.

I found one with good remarks on Drupal. http://sgentrepreneurs.com/events/2008/07/28/barcamp-malaysia-2008-after...
