Send email when a Node is approved

Hi, Rules Module is a great project and I have been working without any problem with it. Just recently I needed a different use and I can not make it work as I need:

I have some rules and my system sends email when:

1) An anonim user send a comment. It send an email to de Admin and to the comment author. ("after submit a new comment" event)
2) When the Admin approved the comment, send an email to the comment author ("After publishing a comment" event)
3)When an anonim user creat a node (personalized content type called "Proyectos"), send an email to the author and to the ADMIN for validation. ("Proyectos Node Form is submitted" event)

I am missing the las second part for the nodes: When the Admin approve the new content, Rules doesnt give me the option (like in comments) to send an email when the new content is approved by the admin.

On Rules Settings screen only have this options:

Proyectos node form is being built
Proyectos node form is being validated
Proyectos node form is submitted

Any clue?
