Not sure if I speak for more of the LonDug people, but one of my favourite things is learning new things about Drupal. I think a huge benefit to this group will be the knowledge sharing aspect.
I can't remember all the sticky notes that were on the windows, but here are a few things I would like to learn from some of the more advanced users:
- Module Development (the use of hooks, and some of the higher end programming required to write a custom module)
- Mobile sites and applications
- Site Optimization and caching for better performance
Some things I would be willing to do a session on:
- Custom Theming (From PSD to Theme)
- Views and Panels
- Imagecache
I also really like the idea of a "case study" type of presentation, where someone would take a well rounded site, and go through the process, programming, modules, and steps they took to create the site. Or as someone else mentioned, take a random site, and go through how a site like that would be created using Drupal.
Would like to hear other thoughts on this aspect of things.

Beginner Tutorial: CKEditor & Friends
I'll add suggestions to this thread as I think of them. Here is one that would be handy for beginner-to-intermediate non-dev members:
Installing and configuring CKEditor & Friends, the most common set of WYSIWYG editing tools. How to:
- Install WYSIWYG, CKEditor and IMCE Modules in D6
- Configure 'em to play together
- Control where the editor shows up in Drupal
- Locate the config files and put 'em where you want 'em... which is probably not where they are now!
- Customizing the CKEditor toolbar and styles
- Changes in D7
Seminar: Skinr, Fusion, and 'Codeless' Theming
And how about a session looking at the current state of Fusion and Skinr for 'codeless' theming (From the drupal admin/user perspective) and Skinr-friendly theme development (From the drupal dev's perspective)?
Start with a joint intro to Fusion and Skinr, and then split into two breakout groups, one for coders/devs and one for admins/users, to make sure everyone gets full benefit from the session at the level they need.
Learning Sessions/Sticky Notes
Just as a reminder to everyone, here's what was talked about at our last meeting and the topics included on the sticky notes:
It seems that most people are interested in a mixture of speakers, presentations and training sessions. If we were to meet again in June, what should that training session be? I like the "changes in D7" presentation idea.
Beginner Tutorial: Commerce Module in D7
Another tutorial idea to toss in the hat: An overview of the Commerce Module in Drupal 7, with a slightly more in-depth tutorial on setting up a specific purchase scenario as the second half of the evening.
