Knight Drupal Proposal -- restart Drupal Dojo

Hey all!

I submitted a proposal to the Knight Drupal Initiative - http://groups.drupal.org/node/14760.

It's main purpose is to build a new site that is loosely like the dojo, with hopes to re-start the community.
