The real scary part is what I might have read at the bottom line. "Best summoned by Greenspan".

AG: The hegemon of the 18 years that dwarfs Bush's 8 in raw vileness.

I'm curious, what evilness can be done with Drupal, porn sites? warez? malware? political campaigns? ... never mind, I just answered my own question.
