After Steve's kind help with the code review, we've finally got the pivots module recommendation system online (yah!!!). For example, you can take a look at http://drupal.org/project/i18n and notice the small "recommendations" block on the right side.
I have been writing blogs about it at http://mrzhou.cms.si.umich.edu/taxonomy/term/7 as well. It's also aggregated at http://planet.drupal.org.
I'd very much like to talk about it in our local group meetings (if you'd like to hear it). But unfortunately I've got two mid-term exams waiting for me next week. And I'm not sure whether I'm able to attend the AADUG meeting next Monday at all. Sorry about that....
