Looking at the wiki, which topics would you like to see discussed in the next meeting?
My first thoughts are:
a) basic customizations such as hook_form_alter
b) creating a new content type outside of CCK
What's the most desired?

Sounds like topics right out
Sounds like topics right out of the Drupal 6 Module Development book :-)
I personally would find interest in those topics, but am thinking that we'll need another main topic for the beginning of the meeting. There are some people that I'm sure would like to first find out what CCK is before we go around it.
What if we did a basic site configuration with CCK configuration and then after that we could move into the creating new content type outside of CCK. I guess that means we need someone that knows how to do that correct?
Something I would like to see/hear about is more advanced Views, and/or Panels (and possibilities of passing arguments from one pane to a view in another pane and vice versa.
Everyone shout out on what you would like to see the most from the list on http://groups.drupal.org/node/16053
Haha never have picked that
Haha never have picked that book up.
I can definitely do what you're talking about, just need a little time to put together a presentation. And I just recently wrote a new node type (actually the module created two node types) outside of CCK so I can present on that another time.
But let's wait to hear from others.
CCK
@cridenour - are you up for a CCK demo?
Seems like it makes sense to focus on content before views since the latter can't exist without the former :-)
Anything with CCK/Panels/Views
Since I haven't had a chance to play with those much yet.
Who's planning on attending Wednesday?
Leaving soon
I'll be there
Not going to make it tonight
Sorry, but I had a sore throat come on pretty strong today. Don't want to spread my germs.
Have fun. If you need another location in the future, our building in Blue Ash is an option: http://www.swonlibraries.org/technology#lab
