Hi everyone,
Last year I created an open source project on Drupal called "Open Hippel" (http://groups.drupal.org/node/59918), even though that itself has been forced to come to an end, a few new projects were spawned from it, directly or indirectly, including the startup I co-founded - Makible.com; the direct descendent of Open Hippel lead by Soren - HaveGet.org; and finally, a project that is related to Makible's invention business - PeerPatent.org.
With Peer Patent, we're the good guys trying to do something to help the independent inventors, protecting their inventions from being stolen by large corporations.
We'll be building PeerPatent's system on top of Soren's work in Open Hippel and HaveGet. Please have a look at some of the info on Peer Patent. If you're passionate about this idea and would like to join us, we would love to arrange a weekly meetup between the Drupal communities in HK and Tokyo to do this!
Here're some more info:

We're just starting… this coming Saturday (Aug. 6th) Soren will give a brief tour of the HaveGet system he has built so far. Hope to see some of you at the meeting!
Cheers,
-Nick
