force showing the markers when zoomed out

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi
Is there a way to control the appearance of markers when the map is zoomed out ?
I want to be able to show markers even if the map is zoomed out to the whole world (zoom 2) ,
now I can only see the markers if i zoom in 2 times

any ideas ?

  • If you're using GMap, this kind of thing is handled by the "marker manager"--you can change those settings on the GMap settings page (admin/settings/gmap). The "no marker manager" setting there is pretty standard, but the "GMarkerManager" setting will hide markers above specified zoom levels...

  • If you're not using GMap, I'll have a little harder time helping you... :)
