the zip files itself comes without license, so all we have is the text at the bottom which is indeed cc-sa.
they are incompatible and drupal still has a very good and strong opinion regarding non gpl in contrib or core. so we have to ask the creator to dual license the files and might as factory joe as well...

Am I right that those are CC-SA-1.0? Too bad. Perhaps we can sway them for a GPL dual license.
