Meeting Drupal Folks!

Hello All,

I am Dharmesh Mistry, User Experience Researcher for Acquia (Boston). I am also very closely involved in the D8UX plan. I was hoping if there is a meet up in Mumbai where I could meet you guys and talk about your concerns about Drupal (in terms of usability and otherwise). If possible, I would also like to show you a new potential toolbar and get feedback from you.

Very glad to know that you all are interested. How about Saturday, February 25th? I was thinking may be around 4 PM so that everyone can carry on with other activities later in the evening. If this time does not work, feel free to suggest other times.

I am not as familiar with this city as I use to be. So, any place on the western suburbs is preferable but I could travel if it suits the majority.

Bandra is centralized + we have beautiful cafeterias by the Arabian sea. It will not be very far from Borivali too.

Bandra would be lovely. We got some lovely coffee shops on bandstand. CCD, Mocha, etc. Pick your favorite one and let meet on Saturday 4 pm ??

I have two more option where we could meet:

1) Veer Savarkar Udyan Park, Borivali, Mumbai

2) I know one hotel at Goregaon, MG Road, & i know its owner if all are agree then may be they could do the arrangement for 15 to 30 people seat together so we could discuss more better way. Place images: http://www.tamarindfinedining.com/

I mean if we meet at CCD then there would be so much noise so at some park or at some hotel we could talk better.

Bandra would be a more central location for guys coming in from south, north, east and west. We would miss a lot of guys who would want to come, if we tried meeting at Borivli or Goregoan it is too far from the rest of Mumbai.

We proposed meeting at the Bandra shoreline (CCD) that's an over 2 mile stretch. And there are a lot of spots to sit and discuss + it's pleasant and away from chaos!
